All sales are final

Because reports unlock digital content immediately, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for one-time report purchases or for completed subscription billing periods.

We provide a free preview report so you can evaluate the product before purchasing. Please review your free report carefully before upgrading.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your account page. When you cancel:

• Your subscription remains active through the end of the current paid term (the rest of the month or billing period you've already paid for).
• You will not be billed again after cancellation.
• You will continue to have access to your unlocked reports during the remainder of the term.

Billing

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled.
• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change. We will notify you in advance of any price change affecting your subscription.

Disputed or duplicate charges

If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after cancellation), please contact info@floridafastpitch.com within 30 days and we will investigate and correct any genuine billing mistake.

Data accuracy

College program information (coaching staffs, rosters, divisions, tuition, admissions stats) changes constantly. We do our best to keep it current, but errors can occur and the data should be used as a guide, not as official school information. If you spot an error, please use the "Report an issue" link in the footer or email info@floridafastpitch.com.
