Target U Softball ("we", "us", "our") helps softball recruits and families evaluate college programs. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information: name and email address you provide when you sign up.
• Recruit profile data: academic, athletic, and location preferences you enter to generate your reports.
• Billing information: processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card number on our servers.
• Usage data: basic logs (pages visited, device/browser type) used to operate and improve the service.

How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and generate your reports.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To respond to support requests and improve the product.
• To send transactional emails (account verification, receipts, important notices).

We do not sell your personal information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We only share data with the service providers needed to run Target U Softball (for example, our hosting, database, authentication, and payment processors), and only to the extent required for them to perform that service.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of cookies and similar browser storage to make the site work:

• Essential cookies / local storage: required to keep you signed in and remember your session.
• Payment cookies: set by Stripe when you check out, used for fraud prevention and to complete your transaction.
• Basic analytics: we may use lightweight analytics to understand aggregate usage. We do not use cross-site advertising cookies.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may sign you out or prevent checkout from working.

Data retention

We keep your account and report data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing info@floridafastpitch.com.

Children's privacy

Target U Softball is intended for use by recruits 13 and older, typically with parental involvement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Your choices

• Access, update, or delete your account at any time.
• Opt out of non-essential emails using the unsubscribe link.
• Contact us with any privacy questions or requests.
